When do you give lessons?
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:30 am to 1:00 pm
Individual sessions are 40–45 minutes
Small group sessions can be arranged
How many lessons should I have?
You can start with two introductory sessions. During your first session you can discuss your needs with me and together we can determine the frequency of visits.
Twenty to thirty sessions spread over some months is usual.
What does it cost?
Introductory session of one hour costs $135.00.
Follow-up sessions cost $95.00 per session.
Concessions may be arranged.
Ask about workers’ compensation insurance rebates.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. Even though many doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, feldenkrais practitioners and other health professionals refer their patients for sessions in the Alexander Technique, a referral is not necessary.
